T&J Junk Removal & Property Cleanouts LLC
Last Updated: 4/16/2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by T&J Junk Removal & Property Cleanouts LLC (“T&J,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By scheduling or receiving services from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.
Our goal is to provide reliable, fair, and transparent service to every customer. These Terms are designed to protect both you and our company while maintaining a friendly, respectful working relationship.
T&J provides junk removal, property cleanouts, weekly household garbage collection, and related services. Service details, pricing, and scheduling may vary based on location and customer needs.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at our discretion.
To ensure safe and efficient service, customers agree to:
Provide accurate information when scheduling services
Ensure safe and unobstructed access to items or waste to be collected
Comply with local regulations regarding disposal of hazardous or restricted materials
Follow any service‑specific guidelines provided by T&J
If conditions at the service location pose safety risks or violate disposal laws, we may decline or modify the service.
Some of our weekly household garbage collection plans include “unlimited bag/can limits.” To keep this benefit fair and sustainable for all customers:
“Unlimited” applies only to the normal household waste generated by the single residence enrolled in our service.
It does not include garbage from neighbors, relatives, friends, or any other household not subscribed to T&J services.
We cannot accept combined waste from multiple households under one account.
We aim to be flexible and understanding. If you ever have a one‑time overflow or special situation, just reach out — we’re happy to work with you. We simply ask that customers use the unlimited plan in the spirit it’s intended: for their own household’s regular waste only.
We appreciate customers who recommend our services. To thank you:
When you refer a neighbor and they sign up for weekly household garbage collection, you receive a monthly discount on your own service.
Discounts apply per active referral, as outlined in our current referral program.
Referral benefits remain active as long as both you and the referred customer maintain service in good standing.
The referral program is designed to reward genuine recommendations — not to combine multiple households’ waste under one account. Each household must maintain its own service plan to qualify.
Pricing is provided at the time of scheduling or enrollment. Prices may vary based on:
Volume or weight of materials
Type of items being removed
Service frequency
Location and access conditions
Payment is due as outlined on your invoice or service agreement. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice.
We understand that plans change, and we want to make working with us as easy as possible.
T&J does not charge any cancellation fees — ever.
If you need to cancel, simply let us know.
We encourage customers to reschedule instead of canceling, especially if a crew is already planned for your area, but the choice is entirely yours.
Our goal is to be flexible and accommodating while keeping our routes efficient.
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe access to the service area. This includes:
Removing obstacles or hazards
Ensuring pathways are clear and safe
Securing all pets, including dogs, before our crew arrives
For everyone’s safety, pets must be secured or put away during service. Even friendly animals can become protective or anxious around unfamiliar people or equipment. If pets are not secured, we may delay or decline service.
T&J is not liable for:
Pre‑existing damage to property
Damage resulting from unsafe conditions, concealed hazards, or customer‑directed placement of items
Items mistakenly placed for disposal by the customer
We take great care during every job, but customers acknowledge that moving large or heavy items involves inherent risks.
We comply with all local, state, and federal disposal regulations. The following materials are prohibited or require special handling:
Hazardous chemicals
Paints, oils, and solvents
Medical waste
Explosives or ammunition
Asbestos‑containing materials
Construction materials mixed with household garbage
Construction materials, renovation debris, and bulk materials must be scheduled separately for pickup. They cannot be placed out with regular weekly household garbage, even under an unlimited plan. This ensures proper disposal and prevents overloading of standard collection routes.
If prohibited materials are discovered, we may decline service or charge additional fees for proper handling.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if:
Conditions are unsafe
Materials violate disposal laws
Pets are not secured
Customer behavior is abusive or threatening
Service is being misused or exploited
We strive to handle all situations professionally and respectfully.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
T&J is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date reflects the most recent version. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
